THE CHALLENGE
The original kitchen in this townhome development was dark and dated. The client envisioned a lighter, more spacious aesthetic with improved storage and guest seating.
J2 Success
A new more functional and fresh kitchen was achieved by removing ceiling soffits to allow for taller wall cabinetry. The island was shifted and extended to capture more storage and seating, as well as storage features were added like corner lazy-susans flanking the range, tray storage and a tall pantry adjacent to the refrigerator. Decorative trim details finish the installation providing a touch of furniture style detailing.
