The Challenge
A single dad found himself alone in a 4 bedroom 5 bath home as his children all left for college. He thought it might be time to sell and needed guidance on where to make improvements. He was committed to renovating the master bath and updating finishes and fixtures in other areas but was not convinced he should renovate the entire kitchen.

At first we were retained for some advice on the master bath, the homeowner had some construction abilities and intended to do most of the improvements himself along with help from some experienced friends. We helped with cabinetry, finishes and accessories. Soon he reached out again as he embarked on the floor refinishing and powder room update and asked if we could create a concept for his kitchen.
J2 Success
We produced 3D renderings used by his realtor to market his home. A buyer agreed upon the price but as owner, he ultimately decided not to sell and was grateful for this change of heart when a few short months later, his children returned home after COVID 19 shuttered their schools.
lockdown!
A few months into lockdown, he called and asked us to transform his kitchen from rendering to reality, adding a deck expansion and lighting updates into the mix. We brought in a contractor, orchestrated the project and post COVID, he sold his home for significantly more than originally contracted.
