A corporate law firm required help defining the details of their lease as they were considering a relocation to Springfield, NJ, from their existing offices in Millburn. During the process they also discovered they needed assistance with identifying the characteristics of the right space to lease as well as the finishes, furnishings and fixtures that would reflect their expertise and experience.
ASSURING EASE OF TRANSITION
J2 was hired to review and contribute verbiage to the lease agreement to ensure the law firm would receive the quality of construction the partners desired. Our role expanded to advising on the viability of properties as we identified undesirable characteristics of the original property they had considered.
An expanded search ultimately yielded a more beneficial location where we provided programming, space planning, finish and furniture specifications as well as new logo and signage in coordination with construction management.
