A staffing company headquartered in North Brunswick, NJ had multiple branch locations that had exhausted the lifespan of their big box store furnishings and finishes. They were positioned for revamp of their image and brand to help propel their business forward.
J2 was hired to evaluate the business function of the staffing company’s branch locations, develop a new standardized brand and typical footprint to be implemented across all NJ locations. Some branch locations would be renovated while others would be relocated. J2 evaluated new locations by performing a “test fit” for functionality and size. If prospective locations passed this evaluation, the owner could confidently proceed with lease negotiations.
All renovations or relocations were managed by a construction team organized by J2 to include planning, architecture, interior design and construction. This team orchestrated all the company's renovations to date and plans to remain their team as the company expands to regions outside of NJ into areas of PA, OH and GA.
