THE CHALLENGE
The managing partner of this financial advisory company reached out to J2 to help them complete an expansion of their offices. They had found themselves in a bind when their friend / decorator had relocated, leaving many key components undecided. Without the expertise to coordinate all that remained, they were in jeopardy of not meeting their move-in deadline.
Navigating budget and deadline
J2 helped the partners within the company with selections and decisions on lighting, wall finishes, trimwork, window treatments, furniture and accessories, bringing their initial vision to completion. We also helped navigate the decision making between the managing partner and the new members of the firm, striking a balance between budget and personal preferences. This resulted in contentment on behalf of the new partners in their expanded home and the managing partner in meeting the budget and deadline.

We brought in J2 Design Studio as we expanded our business to a new tenant property. They assisted with coordinating and finalizing interior and exterior construction decisions for our building and helped us respond to the specific requests from our new tenants. Once the property was ready for occupancy, they continued to work directly with the new tenants to personalize their space with artwork, furniture and accessories.
